United Water Restoration Group of Sacramento – Northeast is an independently owned and operated franchise of United Water Restoration Group. We provide water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, and mold remediation services in the Sacramento, California area.

Any estimates, timelines, or scope descriptions provided before an on-site inspection are preliminary. Actual scope, duration, and cost may change based on conditions discovered during inspection or during the course of the work. We will communicate material changes to you. 
 

5. Insurance Claims

Many restoration projects are covered in whole or in part by property insurance. Coverage determinations are made solely by your insurance carrier, not by us. We do not determine coverage, adjust claims, or act as your insurance agent or public adjuster.

We may communicate with your insurance carrier on matters related to the work performed when you authorize us to do so. You remain responsible for amounts not covered by your policy, including deductibles, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

6. Text Message (SMS) Communications

By providing your phone number to United Water Restoration Group of Sacramento – Northeast — through a form on this Site, verbally to our team, or by texting our business number — you consent to receive text messages from us at that number.
