By accessing the Site, submitting a form, calling us, or texting us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

United Water Restoration Group of Sacramento – Northeast is an independently owned and operated franchise of United Water Restoration Group. We provide water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, and mold remediation services in the Sacramento, California area.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, interfere with its operation, use automated systems to scrape or harvest content, or submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms.

Many restoration projects are covered in whole or in part by property insurance. Coverage determinations are made solely by your insurance carrier, not by us. We do not determine coverage, adjust claims, or act as your insurance agent or public adjuster.

We may communicate with your insurance carrier on matters related to the work performed when you authorize us to do so. You remain responsible for amounts not covered by your policy, including deductibles, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By providing your phone number to United Water Restoration Group of Sacramento – Northeast — through a form on this Site, verbally to our team, or by texting our business number — you consent to receive text messages from us at that number.

Program description. Messages may include appointment confirmations, technician arrival notifications, job status updates, scheduling changes, and follow-up communications related to your service request.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms are set out in your signed work authorization or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due upon receipt. You are responsible for the full invoiced amount regardless of the status or outcome of any insurance claim, except as expressly stated in your service agreement.

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Site’s accuracy, completeness, or availability.
